A project will generally begin after the required confirmation and payment, where applicable, have been received.

Project Scope

Each project will be completed according to the agreed scope of work, which may include:

Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may be subject to additional charges.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information, content and materials required for the project. This may include:

Logos Brand guidelines Images Videos Text/content Website access Social media access Business info Product/service info

Delays in providing required information, approvals or access may affect the overall project timeline.

Revisions and Approvals

Scope-based Revisions: The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Post-Approval Changes: Once a design, video, content or other deliverable has been approved by the client, further changes may be considered additional work.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final deliverables before publication or use.

Payments

Project pricing and payment terms will be communicated to the client before the project begins. Depending on the project, payment may be required:

✓ In full before starting the project

✓ As an advance followed by a final payment

✓ According to agreed project milestones

Work may be paused if required payments are delayed or remain outstanding.

All applicable taxes, transaction charges or third-party costs, where applicable, may be communicated separately.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type and stage of the project.

If work has already started, fees for work completed, resources used, third-party costs or other committed expenses may not be refundable.

Any refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the specific agreement between Busi2Digi Studio and the client.

For projects involving third-party services, subscriptions, advertising platforms, software or other external costs, those charges may be non-refundable according to the relevant third-party provider's policies.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Busi2Digi Studio retains ownership of its original concepts, processes, templates, systems, working files, internal resources and reusable design assets.

Upon receipt of the agreed project payment, the client will receive the rights to use the final approved deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party licensing restrictions.

Source files or editable working files may be provided only when specifically included in the agreed scope.

Client-Provided Content

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions or licenses to use any content supplied to Busi2Digi Studio (images, videos, logos, fonts, music, text, documents, brand assets, etc.).

The client is responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized use of content supplied by the client.

Third-Party Assets and Platforms

Some projects may require third-party assets, software, plugins, fonts, stock images, music, hosting, advertising platforms or other external services.

• The availability, pricing, licensing and performance of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.

• Busi2Digi Studio is not responsible for changes, interruptions, limitations or failures caused by third-party platforms.

SEO and Digital Marketing Disclaimer

SEO and digital marketing results can depend on many factors outside our control. Busi2Digi Studio does not guarantee:

Specific Google rankings Specific website traffic Specific leads or sales Guaranteed revenue Specific conversion rates Guaranteed time periods

SEO and digital marketing services are performed using professional strategies and best practices, but actual results may vary depending on search engine algorithms, competition, industry conditions, website quality, content, market conditions and other factors.

Creative & Video Deliverables

Creative and video projects may depend on the quality and availability of client-provided assets. Project timelines may be affected by:

• Delayed feedback

• Missing content

• Delayed approvals

• Changes in requirements

• Additional revisions & third-party dependencies

Final deliverables will be provided according to the agreed project scope.

Portfolio & Marketing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Busi2Digi Studio may showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations or marketing materials.

If a project is confidential or cannot be publicly displayed, the client should inform us before the project begins.

Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to keep confidential business and project information shared with us during the course of a project. Confidential information does not include information that:

• Is already publicly available

• Becomes publicly available without a breach

• Was already known to us lawfully

• Is required to be disclosed by law or legal authority

Website Content

Limitation of Liability

• Payments remain outstanding

• Client materially breaches these Terms

• Unlawful or abusive behaviour occurs

• Required info/access is repeatedly withheld

Any outstanding payment for work already completed remains payable.

Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect information.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
